You will evangelize the value of Honeywell CLSS (Connected Life Safety Services) as the foundational operational system for the business model, drive the introduction and usage of new digital and software tools and push adoption and installed base conversion for Honeywell Self-Test detectors, moving our partners from labour-intensive to a high-margin, digital-first, SaaS-driven business model. Travel 60-70% within UK and Ireland Honeywell Honeywell Building Automation is transforming the way every building operates to help improve the quality of life for the people who use them. With a portfolio featuring software, hardware and services, Honeywell takes an outcome-focused approach to help building owners and operators improve safety and security, energy and operational efficiencies to create a better building experience. Helping to Transform Buildings to be Safer and More Operationally and Energy Efficient Responsibilities: The "Join the Dots" Initiative: Lead the regional strategic engagement with key channel partners to integrate CLSS into their standard work, from winning new projects to maintenance contracts. SaaS Profitability Consulting: Act as a business consultant to partners, using ROI calculators to prove how CLSS, remote testing and digital compliance increase their technician capacity and MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue). Technical Overlay: Support Territory Managers on complex digital specifications, ensuring that "Coupled" hardware/software solutions are the default choice for all new projects. Enablement & Evangelism: Design and deliver "Digital Transformation Workshops" for partner leadership teams, moving them from a Capex mindset to an Opex/Lifecycle mindset. Feedback Loop: Partner with Product Management (Matrix) to ensure the EN-certified fire systems (Esser, Notifier, Gent, etc.) are evolving to meet local European digital market needs. You Must Have SaaS Expertise: 5+ years of experience in a SaaS, IoT, or Cloud-based software environment (PropTech, Industrial IoT, or Enterprise Software experience is highly preferred). Channel Mastery: Proven track record of managing or enabling 2nd-tier channels/distributors through a digital transition. Strategic Mindset: Ability to discuss NPV, IRR, and Gross Retention Rates (GRR) with partner CEOs, while also discussing API integrations and Cloud Architecture with technical leads.
