This role will shape how thousands of patients experience Juniper at the moments that matter most. From onboarding through ongoing engagement, you’ll define the strategy and priorities across conversion and retention, ensuring we build clear, trustworthy, high-performing experiences that support patients to start and succeed in care. Your core metrics will centre on conversion and retention.
