About the Role

The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns to generate potential customers and build a sales pipeline. You will collaborate with partners to expand the customer base and be responsible for the revenue generated from integrated marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for marketing results, creating potential customers and a sales pipeline through the planning and execution of various marketing activities.
• Collaborate with partners to expand the customer base and manage revenue from integrated marketing efforts.
• Accountable for the planning and implementation of market activities in different Alibaba Cloud sectors.
• Design targeted, strategically innovative events and exhibitions based on different goals and demands.
• Efficiently integrate resources for organizational deployment and high-quality delivery.
• Manage the overall marketing activity budget in alignment with HQ and be responsible for the return on investment (ROI).
• Possess an acute understanding of the needs and trends within niche markets.
• Effectively analyze performance data from marketing activities using data-driven methods.
• Distill and summarize directions for improvement and optimization of marketing activities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in large-scale marketing events, with notable achievements such as full management of top industry conferences or events for leading technology companies.
• Preference for candidates with experience in the technology & internet industry, with a B2B focus.
• Prior overseas study and work experience is a plus.

Required Skills

• Strong insights in the European Cloud and AI technology market.
• Ability to analyze business status, predict trends, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Experience in planning, initiating, and devising company-level brand or marketing IP campaigns.
• Ability to formulate strategic brand activity plans and implement important brand activities.
• Capable of promoting company-level in-depth collaboration and resource synergy.
• Prioritize the customer and integrate online and offline marketing resources.
• Develop trend-setting marketing strategies capable of influencing and changing the industry.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to perform comprehensive analysis and deep insights into multi-dimensional data systems.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to communicate and dialogue with the company's CXO level.
• Capable of persuading, touching, and influencing key partners.
