Overview Big O Sales Advisors perform customer service and sales duties in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with all company programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring proper customer education and follow through on customer maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities Monitor customer service area and host waiting customers, providing fast and friendly customer service Handle complaints courteously and efficiently per company policy Inspect vehicles and review vehicle owner’s manual maintenance requirements to prioritize and promote needed products and services with customers and management Effectively promote sales through explaining the benefits of products and services, implementing promotions and sales, and using suggestive selling techniques Prepare necessary sales documentation such as warranties, service agreements, and the recording and registration of tire sales Conduct efficient and accurate sales transactions; notify supervisor of any sales, cash or operating discrepancies Manage ticket average and profitability, and assist store manager in meeting company expectations Support store operations by assisting with opening/closing tasks, inventory, sales reporting, processing adjustments, merchandising and other related functions as required. Protect company assets by properly cleaning, maintaining, and storing tools and equipment Properly check-in vendors, receive merchandise, and stock shelves Clean facilities, maintaining internal and external store appearance to comply with Big O Tires standards Safely operate customer vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions, moving vehicles as needed to, and away from, service areas Assist in the proper training of new employees as needed Timely complete daily Today’s Class Technician and other required training All MFA Oil employees are expected to know and adhere to company and position specific policies and procedures.
