Description We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Service Porter / Valet to join our team at Sierra Honda. As a Service Porter, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership Assist customers with valet parking and retrieving their vehicles Provide exceptional guest services by answering questions and addressing concerns Drive vehicles to designated areas within the dealership premises for customer pick-up and delivery Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area Assist service advisors and technicians with various tasks as needed Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues to management Fueling vehicles Follow all safety procedures and protocols Perform other duties as assigned by management Requirements The required skills for this position include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, which are essential for interacting with customers and team members effectively. Organizational skills are vital for maintaining a tidy sales floor and ensuring that products are easily accessible. Attention to detail is important when setting up displays and managing inventory, as it directly affects the customer experience.
