• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines, including handling hazardous materials safely, and promptly responding to emergencies or spills.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions. Dispensing fuel accurately, and processing payments through cash or credit card transactions.
• Assist customers in finding products and provide product information. Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Conducting minor maintenance tasks, such as changing garbage bins, cleaning windshield wash stations, and reporting any equipment malfunctions.
• Promote store promotions and loyalty programs.
