Job Description The Assistant Manager – Room Sales is responsible for driving room revenue by identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and building long-term client relationships. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while working closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, and Operations to maximize occupancy and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Drive proactive room sales through business development, lead generation, and client acquisition. Manage corporate, travel trade, and leisure accounts to achieve room revenue targets. Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and hotel site inspections.
