We are currently looking for a Director of Sales for The Barclay at ParkSquare Primary Responsibilities of the Director of Sales: Discover needs of the resident or adult child inquiring for their loved one, matching those needs to our services and unique offerings Meet weekly and monthly to discuss sales objectives, variances and a plan to meet budgets. Proactively identify and form relationships with the local healthcare partners to secure referrals. Plan and coordinate lead generating events each month. Visits and analyzes competition to understand how to sell our value differentiators. Develop and maintain strong relationships with community and civic organization. Develop marketing and public relations strategies. Coordinate qualified admissions and discharges with each department.
