This position allows for free education to move into a sales position towards a great career. Previous assistants that have gone through the program have become very successful, selling 20 plus cars a month and one of them was even promoted into a management position! No experience needed! Responsibilities for the sales assistant position are as follows, Pulling up vehicles for test drives Going over different features with customers on different trim models Assisting with paper work when customers are picking up their vehicle Calling customers to set appointments Building rapport with customers Learning and understanding the sales process Gassing vehicles Time management skills Qualifications Candidates must possess a valid drivers license Pay range is $17-$18 and free training for a great career!
