SoSweet have a very exciting opportunity for a determined and switched-on individual to join our ever-growing team as a sales assistant.
We need a strong focused team to assist the supervisor in running of our busy customer-facing environment. The job will involve 5 hour shifts, mostly on weekdays but can include weekends when required.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

• High level of motivation and a good work ethic
• Maintaining high standards of customer service
• Stock ordering and replenishment
• Weekend working may be required

Required Skills:

• You must be able to work independently as well as lead and work team
• Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
• Be confident in up-selling.
• Have good people skills within a fast-paced retail environment

The ideal candidate will be positive, fun, friendly and have a professional attitude. You’ll be talking to people constantly and be the face of our new store. This is apart-time role with set hours, however more hours will be available during holidays and as need by the business.
