What You Will Lead Full‑portfolio sales for MineStar Solutions, including: Command for Hauling (AHS) Command for Dozing Command for Drilling Command for Underground MineStar Fleet MineStar Terrain MineStar Detect Dealer development efforts to strengthen capability and increase solution adoption. Customer‑centric solution design based on deep operational insights. What You Will Do Lead sales and business development activities across the assigned region in close collaboration with Caterpillar dealers. Coach, develop, and evaluate direct reports, ensuring a strong team with the skills and experience needed for current and future business needs. Travel extensively to meet customers and understand their operational challenges, identifying opportunities for technology deployment.
