Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly and approachable manner.
• Collate orders for our Production Sheet and Invoice customers.
• Take customer orders over the phone and in person, accurately recording details.
• Prepare filled rolls and salad boxes to order.
• Serve cakes and savoury items, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter and production areas.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide holiday cover and assist with flexible shift coverage when needed.

Ideal Candidate

• Possesses an NVQ in Customer Service or has experience in a similar role.
• Methodical and detail-oriented, ensuring accurate completion of production sheets.
• Maths and English to GCSE level or above.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Is a team player who is clean, tidy, and respects the workplace.
• Is reliable and flexible, with the ability to cover shifts as required.
• Has a passion for food and a keen eye for detail.
