We have been doing business in Dickinson, ND for 27 years with a very large, clean, well-lit and safe shop. We have been proudly supporting Mining, Oil & Gas, Construction, and Agriculture industries for several decades. Position Summary Be the initial point of contact for walk-up customers. Responsible for matching parts, building hoses or referring customers to the area managers for technical assistance. Assisting with the warehouse duties of receiving and pulling parts. Looking for an Individual who is Self-motivated/Self-starter Friendly and Outgoing Personality Independent worker Hard-working Requirements MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Greet walk up customers in an inviting and friendly fashion Match fittings, build hoses and find parts Check in/receive freight into the warehouse Pull parts for the shop from the warehouse Direct the customer to the appropriate area manager for technical assistance Must understand and comply with all company safety rules and regulations Able to complete all computer system processes as required Ability to work well with minimal supervision Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds - will handle many parts that are 5-20 pounds Other duties as assigned, which may include assisting with shop work Work overtime as workload dictates EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Familiarity with hydraulic equipment preferred, but not required General computer skills Knowledge of hydraulics and/or driveline preferred High mechanical aptitude
