Performance expectations: Develop your sales and hospitality skills through training, role-playing and on-the-job experience. Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets of at least $400,000 per fiscal year for full-time Sales Associates. Learn about bikes, components, apparel, and technology. Participate in daily huddles and debriefs. Use our Guide Sales Process to provide our customers with incredible hospitality. Follow through on Quotes and Lead List communications. Make decisions regarding the care of—and doing the right thing for—our customers.
