Your main responsibilities Lead and support the development of junior team members through mentorship and guidance; Organize, plan, and carry out geotechnical field investigations; Complete geotechnical calculations and analyses across a variety of project types; Conduct geohazard assessments and develop appropriate engineering designs; Perform analysis and design work related to earthen dam structures municipal and commercial infrastructures; Install, monitor, and interpret data from geotechnical instrumentation; Carry out construction inspections related to foundations, earthworks, and similar activities; Prepare clear and comprehensive technical reports; Communicate project progress to project managers; Contribute to proposal preparation and support business development efforts.
