Develop and implement standard operating procedures to maintain order and efficiency in the kitchen and dining areas. Team Leadership: Lead by example, recruiting, training, and supervising stewarding team to foster a positive and productive work environment. Schedule shifts and manage time-off requests to ensure adequate coverage and conduct regular performance evaluations to support team growth and development. Inventory and Supplies: Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, kitchen tools, and equipment, including silverware, plate ware, and glassware for all of the various outlets. Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely ordering and replenishment of necessary items, maintaining optimal stock levels to support seamless operations.
