This is a sales role working as part of a sales team direct selling our developments across all our Square Roots developments. Locations include Lewisham, Hendon & Kingston. Once the Sales suite is available you will be based at Kingston full time.
As a key member of the sales team, the Sales executive will be instrumental in driving sales, with a primary focus on generating and nurturing leads from various sources. The Sales executive will identify potential opportunities, engage in targeted sales efforts, and guide buyers through the shared ownership process. They will play a key role in ensuring that our developments achieve sales targets through proactive, pipeline building and effective customer engagement.
