Key Responsibilities Manage the full sales cycle from discovery calls to closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Conduct product demos, presentations, and proposal negotiations. Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to refine lead generation strategies. Track and report sales metrics using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide post-sale support and ensure a seamless client handover to the Customer Success team. 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management (preferably SaaS or tech). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive). Experience managing inbound and outbound sales processes. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
