SOLUTIONS SALES EXECUTIVE

This is a hybrid role based in Calgary, Alberta – you may find yourself working from an office, meeting with clients in their place of business, or at your home office as needs dictate. You may need to travel up to 25% of the time.

The Solution Sales Executive has a deep understanding of Ricoh’s Office Technology and Office Services portfolio of products and services to competently differentiate the solutions for the customer. The primary focus is to drive new market share and retain and expand sales revenue in assigned account base. As a Solution Sales Executive, you will be responsible for owning, managing, and driving the full sales process from the first contact through closing new sales. The position requires strong prospecting, effective communication, presentation and closing skills.
We are looking for someone dedicated, responsible, conscientious, and sociable to develop strong partnerships with our customers.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 3-5 years of direct B2B sales; industry selling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • We are hiring you to find and close deals. You should be outgoing, personable, and passionate about the business you represent.
  • Your responsibility is dedicated to developing and pursuing sales strategies aimed towards protecting Ricoh base, and finding net new business opportunities in your region
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products and services and demonstrate expertise in solving customer problems with the benefits of our solutions.
  • Present Ricoh’s Print, Communication & IT Services to potential clients - create proposals that outline pricing models, implementation strategies, and other details pertaining to client projects
  • Consistently maintain accurate information of your activities, next steps, probabilities, communications and forecasting within our Salesforce CRM.
  • Work with marketing teams to promote new products or services to existing clients
  • New business prospecting and development, including cold calling; scheduling and conducting client introductions, face to face and/or video client meetings; preparing presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and value propositions to assigned accounts.
  • Develop sales strategies for new clients, including identifying target markets and creating presentations to showcase product offerings
  • Lead the development of ongoing account plan in collaboration with other team members, taking into consideration marketing strategy and client business objectives for major accounts.
