Key Responsibilities: Support the sales team in responding to customer inquiries and preparing quotes and proposals. Maintain and update customer records, pricing sheets, and sales databases. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. Track sales orders, delivery timelines, and ensure all customer requirements are met. Prepare and compile sales reports, revenue summaries, and pipeline updates for management review. Assist in contract documentation, customer onboarding, and compliance checks. Follow up with clients for order confirmation, payments, and feedback. Participate in industry research and market intelligence gathering. Manage post-sales support including follow-ups on documentation, customer satisfaction, and resolving service issues. Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Prior experience of 2-5 years in industrial sales support, preferably in steel pipes, tubes, or metal manufacturing industries. Strong organizational and communication skills.
