West Design is a leading manufacturer and distributor of Art, Craft, Stationery and Gifts. With brands such as Faber-Castell, Copic, Speedball, as well as our own designed and manufactured products.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team to lead the sales of the South England area.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• You will have previous sales experience and a proven track record of successful sales management
• You will be passionate about the range of products we offer and be motivated and driven to succeed
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• A valid and full UK driver’s licence

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Grow the West Design business within your geographical territory by selling our product line to existing and new retailers. These would be predominantly leading independent retailers, but identifying new opportunities across your customer base.
• Develop business building ideas and sell these ideas to our accounts, leading and executing those ideas into reality.
• Market our professional range of products to enable our customers to understand how their superiority meets their consumers’ needs.
• Lead from the front: we need people to understand customer’s commercial needs and to do this we’ll help you to develop expertise in areas such as product knowledge and technical support.
  This is a field sales role, you will be location-free but your territory will cover South England.
