COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience within Controlling/Finance, including at least 4 years as a Plant Controller, automotive industry
• Solid track record of controlling instruments
• Strong knowledge of Accounting principles and IFRS standards
• Demonstrated solid leadership skills and experience
• Willingness and ability to integrate into a team and a high level of resilience
• Proficient in SAP (FI, CO) modules
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and work under tight deadlines
• Fluent in English and German; working knowledge of French is a plus
• Experience as an Internal Auditor
