Description du poste Objectif du poste Assurer le contrôle, la fiabilité et l’exhaustivité des revenus de l’hôtel en garantissant que toutes les recettes issues des différents points de vente (hébergement, restauration, bars, événements, etc.) sont correctement enregistrées, justifiées et conformes aux procédures internes et aux standards de l’hôtel. Missions principales : 1. Contrôle des revenus Vérifier quotidiennement l’exactitude des recettes (chambres, F&B, banquets, commercial etc..). Contrôler les rapports de ventes journaliers (PMS, POS, night audit). S’assurer de la bonne imputation des revenus par centre de profit. Analyser les écarts entre revenus réels et revenus enregistrés. 2. Procedures et conformité Mettre en place et appliquer les procédures de contrôle interne des revenus. Veiller au respect des politiques tarifaires et des autorisations de remises. Contrôler les annulations, no-shows, gratuités et ajustements de facturation. Participer aux audits internes et externes. 3. Reporting et analyses Produire les rapports quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels des revenus. Analyser les tendances de chiffre d’affaires et identifier les risques de perte de revenus. Fournir des analyses détaillées à la direction financière et générale. Collaborer avec le service Revenue Management pour l’optimisation des performances. 4. Coordination interservice Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la Réception, la Restauration, les Ventes, le Revenue Management et la Comptabilité. Former et sensibiliser les équipes opérationnelles aux bonnes pratiques de contrôle des revenus.
