SUMMARY:

Seeking an ERP Configuration Specialist I to install and maintain enterprise resource planning solutions with a focus on SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Basic understanding of SQL and data structures

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Internship or project experience with ERP systems

• Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP modules (e.g., Finance, HR, Supply Chain)
• Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations
• Support data migration, validation, and integration efforts
• Document system processes, configuration changes, and user guides
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic ERP-related issues
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to support user adoption
