This Position reports to:
Production Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

• Training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber
• At least three years of specialist professional experienceKnowledge of Engel/Arburg machines, the Arburg host computer system, QDAS and basic knowledge of 2-component injection molding technology desirable
• Willingness to work in 3-shift operation
• Experience as (deputy) foreman or shift supervisor advantageous
• PC skills (esp. SAP, MS Office)

• Set-up of plastic tools and peripheral equipment up to production release
• Set-up of robot systems with existing programs (Wittmann, Arburg, ABB)
• Set-up of peripherals e.g. screwing devices, automatic packaging machines, conveyor belts, box changers, material supply, material drying
• Setting and monitoring of process quality parameters according to AAW
• Carry out quality controls according to specifications (QDAS)
• ALS order and maintenance management
• Supervision of interns, leasing employees, working students etc.
• Active participation in CIP workshops for process optimization
• Take over machine operation during vacation and illness
• Substitute for the foreman
