Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled and as needed to support facility upkeep. Perform maintenance work in the areas of carpentry, painting, and minor work in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, window, flooring, and roofing. Responsible for removal and installation of facility equipment and appliances. Perform seasonal home maintenance as facility or season dictate. Period periodically perform grounds maintenance, fence, and sidewalk upkeep. Qualifications REOUIREMENTS: This position requires initiative, flexibility, simultaneously meeting multiple demands, and the proven ability to work with minimum supervision.
