Job Description About the role As a Data Engineer in SEEK’s Hirer Insights team, you’ll help build secure, high-performing data solutions that power customer-facing analytics. You will design and maintain data pipelines, optimise databases, and enhance our cloud-native platforms. Working alongside engineers, product managers and designers, you’ll turn data into insights that drive meaningful outcomes for hirers and businesses. You will report to the Engineering Manager and collaborate closely with the Principal Engineer to set technical direction. Success in your first year means delivering reliable data assets, improving performance, and contributing to a culture of engineering excellence.
