Charles Taylor Environmental offers Pre and Post Remediation, Abatement, and Assessments for the residential and commercial property through specialized environmental sampling, consulting, and implementation of specific remediation and abatement protocols. Charles Taylor Environmental provides specialty services to clients throughout the U.S., including asbestos, lead, mold, bacteria, sewage and soot assessments, and indoor air quality testing to meet the unique needs of the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. We are currently seeking an Environmental Coordinator to join our team of talented professionals in our “  “ location.   Responsibilities: * The Environmental Coordinator is responsible for providing general administrative support by maintaining communication flow and serving as a liaison for the CT Environmental team. * Responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, maintaining company emails, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies and equipment as well as additional clerical duties. * Maintains the daily job calendar including coordination of meetings, scheduling with homeowners and dispatching technicians. * Correspond with insurance carriers to ensure billing information is accurate. * Continuously strive to organize files/reports and streamline administrative processes.
