Ensuring Continuity of Care: Step in to cover open client shifts as needed, ensuring reliability and seamless transitions for clients. Empowering Caregivers: Train and mentor new caregivers directly in clients' homes, setting them up for success. Collaborating Effectively: Communicate caregiver performance and satisfaction updates to supervisors to ensure a thriving team environment.
