Job Description Controlar todas as atividades referentes ao processo de orçamentação de projetos (CAPEX), análise de viabilidade, documentações de apresentação detalhada, fluxo de aprovação e gestão de evolução dos projetos; Controlar o processo de orçamentação de projetos / lista de desejos seguindo os padrões globais da companhia; Construir e manter com as unidades/plataformas um plano de longo prazo de necessidades (Business plan plurianual); Entendimento e validação das iniciativas propostas, criticando suas aplicações, benefícios, custos adicionais para correta análise do retorno; Alinhamento e validação se as iniciativas estão condizentes com o plano futuro de cada ativo (alinhamento entre time operacional, comercial, planejamento, finanças entre outros) e se estas agregam valor. Qualifications Formação superior completa em Engenharia, Economia, Contabilidade, Administração ou áreas correlatas; Conhecimento de modelagens financeiras para os cálculos de retorno com base em metodologias de retorno esperado em anos (payback), valor presente (NPV) e taxa de retorno (IRR); Inglês avançado; Conhecimento em ferramentas de Gestão de Projetos; Experiência com Power BI e outras ferramentas de automação é um diferencial.
