Job Description Key Responsibilities Facilities Maintenance Management Oversee maintenance of air-conditioning systems (internal & external). Manage door access systems and security controls. Schedule sanitization and carpet cleaning services. Supervise landscaping and pest control activities. Inspect and maintain electrical boards and fire extinguishers.
