About the Role: As a valued member of our team, you’ll focus on providing professional massage and facial treatments to our clients while delivering an unforgettable spa experience. To qualify, you’ll need an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification and a genuine passion for the industry.

• Perform exceptional massage, facial, and spa treatments, including providing aftercare advice.
• Carry out thorough client consultations, maintaining professionalism and high ethical standards.
• Recommend personalised home care solutions to maximise client results.
• Assist with reception duties and general housekeeping tasks.
• Collaborate on creating engaging content for social media platforms.
