The ideal candidate will help grow our client's brand presence, generate leads, and support marketing initiatives for a freight brokerage company. Schedule: 9AM to 5PM EST (Monday to Friday) About the Company U.S.-based freight brokerage company offering LTL and FTL services across North America. Key Responsibilities Manage and update Zoho CRM, including leads, contacts, and campaign tracking. Plan and execute LinkedIn marketing campaigns targeting shippers and logistics partners. Create, edit, and optimize social media content (posts, poster ads, short videos). Modify and improve existing graphics as needed. Execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, lead nurturing, outreach). Develop creative marketing ideas to increase engagement and lead generation. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials. Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements. Experience in the U.S. trucking / logistics industry (LTL & FTL knowledge required). Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho marketing tools. Strong experience in LinkedIn marketing and B2B social media strategies. Experience with email marketing campaigns. Ability to create and edit graphics, poster ads, and short videos (Canva, Adobe, etc.). Creative mindset with the ability to bring new ideas to the table.
