JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Builder or Multi Skilled Tradesman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for moving projects along.
We have an order book of garage conversions, extensions and new builds. The ideal candidate will have years of experience working across a range of trades, and you wont mind helping out across the projects. You should have a good understanding of reading drawings, building materials, construction methods, and safety regulations.
All of our projects are in Trafford and Cheshire.
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in building and construction industry. Looking for individuals that are looking for long term work.
Must have your vehicle and tools.
Must be able to provide references and evidence of work and projects.
Must be able to work in a team and also be self sufficient.

• Construct, repair, and maintain structures using various materials, including wood, metal, and concrete.
• Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, installing doors and windows, and constructing cabinets.
• Execute roofing projects, ensuring proper installation and waterproofing techniques are applied.
• Carry out construction painting tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of structures.
• Assist with plumbing installations and repairs as needed.
• Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks.

  Company vehicle (van) will be provided if required and after qualifying period.
