Build and maintain influential relationships with both active and passive candidates throughout the recruiting process. Attract qualified candidates using company ATS, online job boards, job fairs, social media, and professional networking platforms. Research and engage with community services, trade schools, and colleges to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for experience, skills, and cultural fit. Schedule interviews (in-person and virtual) and provide position details to candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure adequate candidate selection and recruiting process effectiveness. Provide recruiting reports and feedback to the hiring managers Maintain a Call Log, pre-employment documents, and tracking spreadsheets for applicants and new hires.
