Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, prioritize, validate, and document business requirements or user stories.
• Design and optimize SOM processes to streamline order orchestration, reduce cycle times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Candidate should have expertise in
• Various network domains
• Telecom OSS
• Network as a service layer
• TMF compliant network APIs
• Order orchestration
• Event generation and consumption for E2E Order visibility
• Integration with an external vendor for logistic delivery and management
• Co-relation of network alarms

Skills and Competencies:

• Telecom Domain
• Business Analysis
• Requirements & Process

Essential:

• Telecom Service Order Manager
• Proficiency in order management systems and tools.

Preferred:

• Agile way of working
• Knowledge of telecommunications industry standards and practices.

Additional Skills:
