Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our accounting team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting by leading general ledger activities, performing complex reconciliations, and supporting the month-end close process. The Senior Accountant will take ownership of key balance sheet accounts, assist in process improvements, and serve as a resource to other team members. This position requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review and post journal entries with a high degree of accuracy Own and complete monthly general ledger account reconciliations, including complex and high value accounts. Perform and review balance sheet and bank reconciliations; investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly. Support month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely reporting Maintain accurate, well-organized, audit-ready financial records Assist in the preparation of financial statements, internal reports, and supporting schedules. Partner with the Controller on variance analysis and financial insights.
