Our Platform Engineering organization is innovating and transforming our platform by moving away from monolithic software to utilizing next generation cloud-based technology that leverages Microsoft Azure, AKS, React, etc. The UI Framework team is an integral part of this strategic modernization. Responsibilities: Lead complex full-stack design, development, architectural and implementation decisions – ensuring performant, high quality and scalable software delivery Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Managers to create simple and sustainable software architectures and solutions for complex problems Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for escalated issues. Review code and ensure adherence to architectural and coding standards. Mentor engineers through technical leadership. Drive continuous improvement in team development practices.
