This position requires a highly experienced Epic professional who can independently execute production changes, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows to support accurate billing and claims processing with minimal oversight. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. Primary Responsibilities: Own and directly execute configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Epic Resolute and Claims processing systems Analyze, troubleshoot, and enhance workflows to ensure accurate claims submission, billing processing, and financial reimbursement Perform hands‑on build and production changes in response to revenue cycle and payer‑driven requirements Partner with billing, coding, and IT teams to resolve issues and drive operational efficiencies Identify standardization and process improvement opportunities across revenue cycle workflows and make corresponding build decisions Validate data accuracy and ensure system changes meet defined business requirements Execute end‑to‑end and integrated testing across Epic environments to confirm changes do not negatively impact upstream or downstream processes You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
