Position Overview. We are looking for a thoughtful and detail-oriented BI Developer to join our growing Data & Analytics team. This role goes beyond just building reports, it’s about designing intuitive, high-impact data experiences. The ideal candidate combines technical skills in Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft’s modern data stack (including Fabric and Activator) with a strong eye for user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design. In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders to turn raw data into elegant, insightful dashboards that prioritize clarity, usability, and actionability. • Builds and manages scalable data models and semantic layers for efficient reporting

• Ensures data quality, integrity, and consistency across all reporting products
