Champion reliability with comprehensive testing (unit/integration/e2e), performance profiling, and observability. Mentor engineers through pairing, design reviews, and actionable feedback; help level up team practices. Decompose ambiguous problems, create roadmaps, and deliver iteratively against quarterly goals. Contribute to on‑call readiness, incident response, and post‑mortems; drive preventative improvements. Influence frontend standards, tooling, and developer experience; contribute to a strong engineering culture in Warsaw. WHO YOU ARE 6+ years of professional experience building and scaling modern web applications. Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and at least one modern frontend framework (e.g., React); strong understanding of state management, accessibility, performance, and security basics. Proven track record leading end‑to‑end projects and collaborating across functions to ship high‑impact features. Strong system design skills for frontend architectures and API integration patterns. Proficient with testing strategies and frameworks (Jest, Playwright/WebDriverIO) and CI/CD best practices. Excellent communication: can align stakeholders, write clear design docs, and give/receive high‑quality feedback.
