YOUR ROLE

As Senior Software Engineer - Mobile (m/w/d) at remberg, you are responsible for our mobile technology strategy and delivery. Together with our product discovery and design team, you will architect functionalities for a best-in-class user experience across mobile devices.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead our mobile app development team and own technological and architectural decisions to ensure continuous, high-quality product delivery.
• Spearhead the modernization of the first version of our mobile remberg app using the latest hybrid mobile development technology.
• Drive cross-team engineering initiatives to ensure the reliability and stability of our software. Every few weeks, together with the product and engineering team, ship new features for our cloud-based software that immediately bring value to customers.
• Act autonomously and take ownership of the features you build while working in a highly collaborative team environment. Make data-driven decisions and lead by example so that others can learn from you.
• Drive technical discussions towards outcomes and effectively communicate technical decisions to stakeholders.
• Build beautiful, reusable code and libraries for future use, ensuring that our software scales well in the upcoming months and years.
• Write well-structured, commented, and documented code that is easily understood by peers and test developed features to maintain high product quality.
• Contribute to the creation of internal engineering standards.
• Coach and onboard team members.
