As our Senior IT Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert for complex issues and major projects, working hands-on across Windows environments, networking, CCTV, and VoIP systems. You’ll guide our team, shape how we work, and help roll out new tech in a way that’s smooth, secure, and well-documented.

You’ll spend your days:

• Handling support requests from start to finish, making sure clients get a smooth, helpful experience
• Jumping in on tricky technical problems and sharing your know-how with the team
• Monitoring and maintaining systems using RMM tools and PowerShell scripting
• Helping design and deliver long-term solutions for clients
• Keeping our ticketing system and documentation tidy and up-to-date
• Spotting ways to improve how we work and keeping us on track with SLAs
