What You’ll Do

Welcome & Wow: Greet every member and guest with a smile and top-notch service.
Smooth Operator: Keep front desk operations running like clockwork — from checking memberships to managing payments.
Problem Solver: Handle member questions and concerns quickly and professionally.
Sales Support: Help convert walk-ins and trials into happy, loyal members.
Ambassador: Promote our referral programs, encourage Google reviews, and help grow our community.
Keep It Clean & Safe: Monitor the gym environment, report issues, and make announcements to keep the club welcoming.

What We’re Looking For

Friendly, approachable attitude that makes people feel welcome.

Comfortable learning new software and gym systems.
