Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities. 2. Team Management Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Officers/Relationship Managers. Monitor sales activities, pipeline, and productivity through regular reviews. Guide team members in customer pitching, documentation, and conversion strategies. Ensure adherence to sales processes and regulatory guidelines. 3. Credit & Risk Coordination Work closely with credit, operations, and risk teams to ensure high-quality portfolio sourcing. Screen and evaluate customer financials before recommending cases. Ensure proper collateral verification, property assessment, and due-diligence. Maintain portfolio health by monitoring early delinquencies and ensuring corrective actions. 4. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, channel partners, and referral networks. Ensure superior customer experience from lead generation to disbursement. Resolve escalations and provide timely support to customers and internal teams. 5. Compliance & Documentation Ensure all documentation, KYC norms, credit policies, and audit requirements are strictly met. Maintain accurate MIS, reports, and dashboards for management review.
