Description du poste Au sein de l’équipe Souscription basée à NANCY, vous serez l’interlocuteur de notre réseau de courtiers agréés pour procéder à la mise en place de contrats d’assurance pour une clientèle de professionnels sur le risque construction. A ce titre, vos principales missions seront de : Analyser la demande d'assurance transmise par le courtier, et si besoin, faire procéder à une étude de risque, Déterminer les conditions de garanties, de tarification et établir les projets de contrat pour les affaires nouvelles, Participer aux négociations des projets de contrat, Suivre et relancer les projets envoyés afin de transformer en affaires nouvelles, Participer à la fidélisation et à la défense du portefeuille ainsi qu’au suivi des accords-cadres, Suivre l’évolution et les résultats de votre portefeuille pour en garantir la performance et la rentabilité, Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes de gestion et les autres directions de SMABTP dans une démarche d’amélioration continue. Qualifications De niveau Bac+3 minimum, la maîtrise de l’environnement construction (juridique et technique) et du droit de la construction serait appréciée. La maîtrise des usages du courtage serait un atout. Vous disposez de capacités organisationnelles, de capacités pour travailler en équipe et savez communiquer : sens du service, amabilité, écoute, patience et pédagogie envers les courtiers et pour travailler en équipe. Appétence pour le digital et outils bureautiques. Votre excellent relationnel, votre aptitude à la négociation vous permettront de nouer un véritable partenariat avec les courtiers, de mettre en avant notre politique de souscription et de devenir un véritable ambassadeur de l’image de SMABTP. Vous êtes détenteur d’un permis B en état de validité. Des déplacements sont à prévoir pour rencontrer les courtiers de votre portefeuille.
