Your Mission as a Well Testing Engineer: As a Well Testing Engineer, your mission is to plan, execute, and evaluate well testing operations with precision and safety. You will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality data for reservoir evaluation and field development, contributing directly to the success of our offshore and deepwater projects. You Will Be Handling These Duties and Responsibilities as a Well Testing Engineer: Execute offshore and deepwater well testing operations safely and efficiently. Design, plan, and review well test procedures and equipment readiness. Operate and monitor well testing equipment and systems on site. Analyze well test data and report findings to support engineering decisions. Ensure compliance with all safety standards and environmental regulations. Liaise with offshore teams and onshore engineering support. Troubleshoot technical issues during testing operations. Maintain accurate documentation and logs throughout the testing process. Qualifications and Skills That Will Allow You to Thrive as a Well Testing Engineer: Proven experience in well testing operations, particularly offshore and deepwater. Valid FOET (Further Offshore Emergency Training) certificate – mandatory. Engineering degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or related discipline preferred. Strong understanding of well testing tools, flow measurement, and data interpretation. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure. Ability to work in rotational offshore schedules. Additional Information Working Days & Hours: Rotation (4x4 or 6x3). Location: Offshore - Libya.
