Description du poste Rattaché à l’agence de Grenoble-Lyon, vous intégrez l’équipe de MOEx / OPC d’une dizaine de collaborateurs. L'agence intervient sur toutes les phases d’un projet de construction pour la réalisation de missions de coordination d’étude, de conseil et AMO (assistance à maitrise d'ouvrage), de BET (Bureau d'études techniques) fluides, de MOEX (maitrise d'œuvre d'exécution) et d’OPC. Dans le cadre d'une création de poste, nous recrutons un Ingénieur MOEx / OPC. Vous serez amené à intervenir sur des projets à fortes valeurs ajoutée de typologies différentes (Bâtiments industriels, Centre commerciaux, Equipements publics, Programmes mixtes …) et de granulométries variées en marché public et privé. Vos missions principales consisteront à : Organiser la phase travaux d'un projet, et assurer la planification de toutes les opérations de suivi, de contrôle, de réception en liaison avec les équipes du client, les entreprises et autres intervenants participant aux travaux Etablir les règles de coordination, communication et application des dispositions contractuelles et règlementaires, notamment le visa et le suivi des documents liés au contrôle technique et à la gestion des marchés travaux Réaliser les visas des dossiers d'exécution Assurer la direction de réunion de chantier Elaborer et pointer des plannings d'exécution Assurer le Suivi et le Contrôle des travaux Analyser les devis d’entreprises de travaux, organiser des entretiens de mises au point technique, Emettre les ordres de service nécessaires à l'avancement des travaux Assurer le suivi du traitement des incidents et litiges Etablir le reporting nécessaire auprès du Directeur de Projet afin de permettre la rédaction éventuelle des avenants au contrat Valider les DOE et établir les décomptes généraux et définitifs. Qualifications Vos atouts : Vous êtes issu d’une Ecole d’ingénieur ou équivalent, avec une spécialisation en Bâtiment, Travaux Publics ou Génie Civil. Vous avez minimum 5 ans d’expérience en conduite de travaux et avez idéalement une expérience en site industriel. Vous aimez le travail en équipe, avez une aisance relationnelle et êtes pédagogue. Vous avez une bonne communication orale et écrite. La maîtrise de la langue anglaise est un plus. Vous maitrisez MS Project. A high school education or GED is required, along with a Basic Life Support certification. Preferred qualifications include a Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant certification and completion of audiometry and vision training.
