Job Description We are seeking a newly qualified Software Legal Counsel to support the UK&I and Europe regions. Key responsibilities include: Supporting Senior Legal Counsels in the region Providing legal counsel on transactions and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IT-related contracts, including software/cloud agreements, professional services, partnerships, and NDAs. Collaborating with internal teams such as Deal Desk, Revenue Recognition, and external counsel. Manage litigations and pre-litigations with the support of outside counsels.
