Our mission is to equip staff with the knowledge, tools, and techniques to perform tasks with maximum safety, efficiency and capacity, both at work and home. The Role: Act as the regional lead (north) for safe manual handling across the Department of Health (DoH) by providing expert guidance, influencing safe work practices, and supporting the development and implementation of systems and strategies that minimise manual‑handling‑related risks and promote the safety and wellbeing of staff, patients, visitors, and consumers.
