Who we are looking for: Global Technology Services (GTS) owns the management of a large and complex set of outsourcing arrangements. These arrangements include relationships with third‑party service providers as well as internal agreements across legal entities and business lines. The IT Vendor Performance and Outsourcing Management (VPOM) team is established within GTS to: Provide centralized oversight and administration of outsourcing activities Support effective and consistent management of IT outsourcing arrangements The team works closely with IT delivery and relationship management functions, as well as with Global Procurement Services, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Legal, and Finance. The Senior Associate – IT Vendor Governance supports the execution of vendor governance processes across IT vendors, ensuring compliance with enterprise policies, contractual standards, and regulatory expectations. The role focuses on operational governance activities, vendor risk data management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination under guidance from senior governance leads. What you will be responsible for: Vendor Governance & Oversight: Support execution of IT vendor governance activities in line with established policies, standards, and operating procedures. Assist in onboarding, periodic reviews, renewals, and offboarding of IT vendors. Maintain accurate vendor records, governance artifacts, and documentation repositories Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a coordination point between vendors, internal IT teams, risk, compliance, and procurement functions. Support governance forums, meetings, and reviews by preparing dashboards, presentations, and minutes of meetings. Track actions and commitments arising from governance reviews. Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare periodic vendor governance dashboards, scorecards, and MIS reports. Ensure data accuracy across vendor inventories, risk trackers, and performance metrics. Identify opportunities to improve governance processes, automation, and reporting efficiency. Contract & Commercial Governance: Assist with tracking contractual obligations, SLAs, KPIs, and compliance metrics. Support review of statements of work (SOWs), change requests, and governance clauses from a policy‑alignment perspective. Monitor SLA performance data and escalate deviations as required. Risk & Compliance Support: Coordinate vendor risk assessments (e.g., TPRM, SOC reports, information security reviews) under guidance from senior team members. Track risk findings, remediation actions, and follow-ups with vendors and internal stakeholders. Support audit and regulatory requests by compiling evidence and governance documentation What we value: Basic understanding of IT vendor management, outsourcing models, and third‑party risk concepts.
